The tour itself was okay, and the staff were friendly enough, but our guide really didn’t seem to know much beyond the basics. Whenever people asked questions, the answers were super short or sounded like guesses, which made it feel less informative than I expected.
For the price, I was hoping for more local insight and better explanations. I’ve been on similar tours with other companies where the guides were much more knowledgeable and engaging, so this one felt a bit weak in comparison. Not awful, just disappointing.

I went with my family and, to be fair, I was surprised by how smoothly things moved even with the crowds. The lines weren’t too bad, and the staff did a good job keeping the area calm so it didn’t feel too packed or rushed. That said, there were a couple of moments where I had questions and felt kind of dismissed instead of actually listened to. Overall, chukka.com handled the crowd well, but the customer service could’ve felt a little more personal.

I booked a Chukka activity i was a little nervous going into it because I wasn’t totally sure what to expect. But the guides really made a difference for me. They explained everything in a simple, calm way and seemed very careful without making it feel overly strict. The helmets and gear looked well taken care of too, which helped me relax. I never felt rushed or like I was being pushed past my comfort level. For me, that made the whole experience way more enjoyable. I had a great time and would definitely do it again.

I booked through chukka.com and then ended up needing to cancel soon after... which, was more of a hassle than I expected!!! The cancellation steps weren’t super clear, so I had to email them and then just kind of wait around??

They did get back to me, so I’ll give them that... but I felt like I had to keep following up just to find out what was going on with my refund. The money did come back eventually, but it took way longer than I thought it would!!!
Overall, not the worst service ever, but the refund process was definitely annoying and kinda stressful. If there’s any chance your plans might change, I’d probably think twice before booking... just saying!!!

I booked the ATV and zipline trip through chukka.com, mostly thinking it would be a nice little adventure day, but it ended up being one of those things we kept talking about afterward. The ATV part got muddy almost immediately, which made it better. I was a little nervous at first, then laughing, then trying not to splash myself too much, though that was impossible.

The guides were great too, funny and relaxed, but still clearly paying attention and keeping everyone safe. Also, random side note, the site was straightforward and our pickup info was easy to understand, which I appreciated because vacation brain is real. I’d definitely do it again. It might’ve been the best part of the whole trip.

The trip itself was a lot of fun, but I’m not sure the photo package was really worth the price. A few of the pictures turned out nice, but some were just okay and didn’t feel worth paying extra for. Maybe it’s just me, but I expected a bit more for what it cost
